Prices of products and services and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue but may change at any time and are subject to availability. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.
Payment
All services and products will need a full payment at the end of the appointment. Payments are made via credit or debit card. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Invoices are automatically generated and can be requested at any time by emailing: contact@petzen.com.au.
In circumstances where we invoice you for payment, payment is due and payable by the payment date noted on the invoice. Failure to make payment by the payment date may lead to suspension of use of our product and/or services.
Any refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and when genuine value has not been received or isn’t able to be received, refunds may be granted at the discretion of PetZen.
Cancellations and refunds
We ask our customers to please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
Any cancellation of a booking within less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the original fee.
e-Gift Card
- e-Gift Card will be sent to the designated email address after purchase.
- Bookings essential upon availability.
- Only one e-Gift Card is valid per pet.
- If you choose to gift a Follow-up Session, please consider that it applies to pets who have already had a First Session with us. If the e-Gift Card is for a new pet, you are welcome to gift them a First Session.
